How to BLOCK ADS on iOS (iPhone)The instructions say to [1] go to iPadOS Settings, then [2] select Safari, then [3] select Content Blockers, then [4] choose AdBlock Ultimate. Go to Settings > Safari protection > Filters and disable all filters to see if that will fix the problem. If it does, start re-enabling them one by one.
